PPG announced the following details for its fourth-quarter and full-year 2024 earnings release and teleconference call.

Recast financial information will be provided for all periods presented in the earnings release to reflect discontinued operations stemming from the sale of PPG’s architectural coatings business in the U.S. and Canada, which was completed in December 2024.
